We maintain a fleet of heavy-duty repair trucks so we can meet your field service requirements wherever you happen to be.

Any field professional you encounter with our company will be in constant mobile communication with NMC’s service department, connecting them to every resource at our disposal. They’ll come equipped with laptop computers that have the most recent Caterpillar® diagnostic programs, as well. We’re interested in minimizing your downtime, which means staying up-to-date on the most recent best practices for optimal service.

Overall, you can expect quick vehicle dispatch and rapid diagnostics and repairs every time.

We install and repair both Cat and non-Cat air conditioning systems when you need us to and offer load bank testing, fuel system cleaning, battery maintenance and more. We’re able to provide mobile lube trucks and oil change trucks to make sure your machines are properly maintained at all times. We can manage several services and issues with the following, along with many other components:

  • Transmission
  • Engine
  • Electrical system
  • Steering clutch
  • On-site boring
  • On-site welding
